Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Tangerang, Banten. He graduated with Bachelor Degree of Economics from STIE Perbanas. He joined PT BSR Indonesia in 2017 as Managing Director until now. He started his career as Administration & Accounting Staff at Bank Mega (2000 - 2005). He joined MNC Group in 2005 - 2011 as Treasury Section Head of Global Informasi Bermutu (GTV), held several positions among others as VP General Affair, Chairman Office of MNC Group (2011 - now) and Managing Director of PT Global Jasa Sejahtera (2020 - now).

Rini Gusniarni

Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta. She graduated with Bachelor Degree of Information & Technology from Politeknik Negeri Bandung. She started her career as Application Support of PT. Sumber Daya Praweda Informatika (1984 - 1989) and as System Engineer of PT Aplikasi Lintas Arta (1989 - 1990). Then, she worked as a manager at PT. Andatafek in 1990, until 2008 the company change its name to PT BSR Indonesia and she has served as Director until now.

Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Depok, West Java. He graduated with Bachelor Degree of Economics from University of Indonesia. He started his career as Auditor in 1998. He has held several positions including as Finance Manager at Group Global Media Investment (2007-2012), General Manager of Finance at Mainetti Indonesia (2012 – 2013), Head Finance at MNC Tencent (2013-2015), Finance Controller at Java Festival Production (2015-2017), and Chief Financial Officer at MNC Aladin Indonesia (2017-2018). He joined PT BSR Indonesia in 2018 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) until now.

Rini Rasyid

Indonesian citizen. Domiciled in South Jakarta. She graduated with Bachelor Degree of Information and Technology from Esa Unggul University. Commencing her professional journey, She assumed the role of Head of General Affairs at PT Picom/Matra Delta from 1983 to 1993. Subsequently, she held the position of Head of General Affairs at PT DHL from 1993 to 2004. Later, in 2004, she joined the MNC Group and served as the Head of General Affairs at PT Rajawali Citra Televisi Nusantara until 2012. Following this, she continued her tenure as Head of General Affairs at PT Global Media and PT Media Nusantara Tbk from 2012 to 2017. From 2018 to 2021, she served as the General Manager of Management Services/Operations at PT BSR Indonesia. Currently, she holds the position of Director of Operational & HRGS at PT BSR Indonesia
